A360 Help Center: How to Contact Aesthetics360 Support

  • If you ever need help, have a question, or want to share feedback, there are several ways to reach the A360 support team.
  • All support conversations are fully confidential and HIPAA-protected.

How to Access the A360 Help Center?

Both web and mobile take you to the same A360 Help Center, where you'll find three support options.

Option 1. After Logging into the Web App

  • On the web app, the Help & Support option is available in the left-side navigation menu from any page, except My Account.


Option 2. After Logging into the Mobile App

  • On the mobile app, tap the gear/settings icon on the Patients screen, then select Help & Support.

How to Contact Support?

Option 1: A360 AI Assistant

  • Tap or click A360 AI Assistant to get instant answers about the Aesthetics360 app β€” whether you're on mobile or web.
  • The AI Assistant can help with how-to questions, navigation, and troubleshooting.

  • If you need to speak with a person, you can request to connect with live support or leave a message directly from within the chat by clicking I still need help
  • After your conversation ends, a full transcript will be saved under Previous Conversations so you can refer back to it anytime.


Option 2: Send a Message

  1. Tap or click Send a message to submit a support request to the A360 team.

  1. Enter a Subject that briefly describes your request.
  2. In the message field, describe your question, issue, or idea in detail.
  3. Attach any images, videos, or files that help explain your request β€” you can also use this channel to submit ideas for improving the app.
  4. Tap Send message.

The team will review your request as soon as possible. Their reply will be sent to your email and will also appear as a New Message in this chat.


Option 3: Live Chat

  • Tap or click Live Chat to connect with a support team member in real time.

  • If a support team member is available, you'll be able to see that and start a conversation right away.


How to Get Support Without Signing In?

Before logging in β€” mobile app only

  • On the mobile app login screen, tap the Help button.
  • This gives you access to support even if you can't sign in.
