How to Manage My Profile Information

Managing your user profile and email settings in Aesthetics360 ensures accurate account information, secure access, and proper communication. This guide covers how to view and update your profile information, change your email address, and create secure passwords on both web and mobile platforms.

How to View My Profile Information on Web Platform

Option 1. Access My Account

  1. On the bottom left of the sidebar, click the "..." menu next to your name.
  2. Select My Account from the menu that appears.

  1. You'll land on your profile page, with the Profile tab open by default.

Top Bar

At the top of your profile page you can see:

  • Your profile photo placeholderfull name, and role badge (e.g. Practice Admin)
  • Creation Date — when your account was created
  • Last Updated — when your account was last modified
  • Your unique account ID with a copy icon to copy it to clipboard
  • Active status badge showing your current account status
  • "..." menu (top right) with two options: Request Email Update (Read more How to Request Email Update) and Logout (Read more How to Log Out from the Web App)

Profile Tab

Details section includes:

  • First Name, Middle Name, Last Name
  • Position
  • Title
  • Role (read-only, e.g. Practice Admin)

Contacts section includes:

  • Email address (with a verification checkmark if confirmed)
  • Phone Number

Option 2. Access Users List

For Practice Administrators Only

If you have access to the Administration module, you may also access your profile via the Users list.

  1. Go to Administration.


  1. Select Users.
  2. You'll see a list of all users in your practice.

  1. Find your own name in the list and click on it to open your profile.

How to Edit My Profile Information

  1. You can update certain parts of your profile directly from the Profile tab.
  2. The profile is organized into two sections — Details and Contacts — each of which can be expanded or collapsed by clicking the section header.

  1. Fields You Can Edit
  • In the Details section:
    • First Name (required)
    • Middle Name
    • Last Name (required)
    • Position
    • Title
  • In the Contacts section:
    • Phone Number
  1. Fields You Cannot Edit Directly
  • Role — This is set by a Practice Admin or by A360 support. To change your role, contact your Practice Admin or reach out to A360 support at support@aesthetics360.com
  • Email — To request an email update, click the "..." menu in the top-right corner of your profile and select Request Email Update (Read More in How to Request Email Update )

  1. Saving Your Changes
  • Once you make a change to any field, a Cancel and Save button will appear at the bottom of the page.
    1. Click Save to apply your changes.
    2. Click Cancel to undo all edits and return to your saved profile.

Leaving Without Saving

  1. If you click the Back button — either in the top bar or your browser — before saving, an Unsaved Changes pop-up will appear.

  1. The pop-up gives you two options:
    1. Discard — Abandons all unsaved changes and takes you away from the page.
    2. Continue Editing — Closes the pop-up and returns you to the profile so you can keep editing or save your changes.
