Offerings — Practice Admins Only

The Offerings section is where you upload documents that describe your practice's services, products, and pricing. This information helps A360 understand what your practice offers and provide accurate recommendations.

To access Offerings, go to Administration → Offerings.

Documents tab

The Documents tab shows all files your practice has uploaded. The list displays the file name, file size, who uploaded it, and the upload date. You can search uploaded documents using the search bar at the top of the list.

Add a Document

Upload documents such as service menus, treatment lists, product catalogs, price lists, package and bundle offerings, pricing sheets, fee schedules, vendor program details, membership and loyalty programs, and seasonal promotions.

To add a document:

  1. Click + Add Document.
  2. In the dialog that opens, drag and drop your file into the upload area, or click Browse Files to select one from your computer. Accepted formats are PDF, Word, Excel, PNG, and JPG.
  3. Only one file can be uploaded at a time. Once a file is selected, it appears listed below the upload area.
  4. Click Save to confirm the upload, or Cancel to discard. A success notification confirms the document has been uploaded.

Library tab

The Library tab displays a summary of your practice's offerings based on the documents you have submitted. After you upload documents, our team processes them to extract and structure the relevant information — this typically takes a few days. Once processing is complete, the Library will reflect the updated offerings content. Keep in mind that changes may not appear immediately after uploading.
