Consultation Record: How to Review and Work with AI-Generated Content
Available on: Web app and mobile app
Note: The web and mobile app versions of the Consultation Record are identical in functionality.
Each consultation record contains a set of AI-generated content tabs. These tabs become available after a consultation is finished and the AI has processed the session. You can review, edit, copy, send, save, and submit feedback on the content from each tab — all from the same record.
Content Ready Indicator
A small round badge appears on each tab when new AI-generated content is ready for review. The number on the badge shows how many items are ready. Once you open a tab and review the content, the badge clears.

How to Review the Summary Tab
The Summary tab provides a structured overview of the entire patient visit, including:
- Visit Overview — the main reason for the visit and the goals of the consultation
- Key Concerns — primary issues or symptoms reported by the patient
- Findings — significant clinical observations made during the assessment
- Diagnosis — the clinician's concluding diagnosis or clinical impression
- Treatment Plan — recommended interventions, therapies, or next steps
- Follow-Up — planned follow-up appointments or monitoring instructions
- Additional Notes — special considerations, patient preferences, or contextual remarks
Available actions: Copy, Remark
How to Edit the Summary
- Go to the Summary tab in the Consultation Record.
- Click the Edit button.
- The interface switches to editing mode, showing:
- Editable section names
- Input fields for existing content
- Empty input fields for any sections that were not filled in the original summary
- Make your changes.
- Click Save to confirm, or Cancel to discard.
If you attempt to navigate away with unsaved changes, an Unsaved Changes warning will appear.
How to Review the Clinical Notes Tab
The Clinical Notes tab provides structured clinical documentation based on the full consultation. The content and format vary depending on the specific treatment goals and patient concerns discussed.
Note types available:
- SOAP Notes
- Explant SOAP Notes
- Venous Clinical Notes
The note type that appears is determined by your Practice Preferences settings.
Available actions: Copy, Remark
How to Edit Clinical Notes
- Go to the Clinical Notes tab.
- Click the Edit button.
- The interface switches to editing mode, showing section names and input fields.
- You can modify most content, including section content and input fields.
- Some structural components are read-only to maintain data integrity.
- Empty fields from the original notes are also displayed so you can add information.
- Once changes are made, the Save button becomes active.
- Click Save to confirm, or Cancel to discard.
If you attempt to navigate away with unsaved changes, an Unsaved Changes warning will appear. This applies when switching tabs within the record, refreshing the page, using browser navigation, or closing the tab or window.
How to Review the Care Plan Tab
The Care Plan tab provides personalized treatment recommendations and specific interventions tailored to the patient's condition as discussed during the consultation. Content and format are dynamic and vary by treatment goals and patient concerns.
Each care plan is branded with your practice's information. If your practice has a booking link configured, it is automatically included in the care plan, making it easy for patients to schedule directly.

How to Edit the Care Plan
- Go to the Care Plan tab.
- Click the Edit button.
- Click Add to add a subsection (e.g., an additional treatment item).
- The interface switches to editing mode, showing:
- Editable section names
- Input fields for existing plan content
- Empty input fields for sections not filled in the original plan
- Make your desired changes.
- The Save and Cancel buttons appear once changes are made.
- Click Save to confirm, or Cancel to discard.
How to Save the Care Plan as a PDF
To save the Treatment and Care Plan as a PDF, click the PDF button on the Care Plan tab.
How to Review the Email Tab
The Email tab contains an AI-generated follow-up email tailored to the consultation session. The system automatically determines the email type based on the consultation outcome:
- Treatment Follow-Up — generated when a treatment was agreed upon during the session
- Treatment Encouragement — generated when a treatment was discussed but not yet confirmed
If your practice has a booking link configured, it is automatically included in the email text.
Available actions: Copy, Edit, Send (if integration is enabled), Remark
How to Edit the Follow-Up Email
- Go to the Email tab.
- Click the Edit button.
- Make your changes to the email content.
- Click Save to confirm, or Cancel to discard.
How to Send the Follow-Up Email
Sending the email directly from the Consultation Record is available only if your practice has email integration enabled.
Before sending: Make sure the patient's email address is on file in their patient record.
- Go to the Email tab.
- Review and edit the email if needed.
- Click Send to deliver the email to the patient.
- Your device's default email app will open with the email pre-populated. Send it from there.
How to Review the Questions Tab
The Questions tab displays clarifying questions the AI identified during the consultation. These questions are for provider reference — they surface topics or areas that may benefit from follow-up.
Available actions: Remark
Editing is not available directly from this tab.
How to Review the Transcript Tab
The Transcript tab provides the complete audio recording and text transcription of the consultation session.
What you can do:
- Listen to the full recording — playback includes waveform visualization, play/pause controls, a timestamp display, and adjustable playback speed
- Read the transcription — text transcription is displayed with speaker identification
Available actions: Copy, Remark
The Transcript is a recording — it cannot be edited.
How to Submit Feedback (Remark)
The Remark feature is available on every AI-generated tab: Summary, Clinical Notes, Care Plan, Email, and Questions. Use it to provide feedback that helps A360 improve its AI outputs over time.
To submit a Remark from any tab:
- Click the Remark option on the tab.
- Select Like (positive) or Dislike (negative) using the buttons on the bottom bar.
- Share detailed feedback based on suggested metrics.
- Optionally add your own comments or suggestions.
- Submit.
Remarks can be submitted separately per tab and are independent of one another.
Summary
- ✓ Content Ready Indicator — badge on each tab shows when new AI content is ready to review
- ✓ Summary — structured overview; includes visit overview, key concerns, findings, diagnosis, treatment plan, follow-up, and additional notes; editable

- ✓ Email — AI-generated follow-up email; Treatment Follow-Up or Treatment Encouragement type; editable; sendable if integration is enabled
- ✓ Send Email — requires email integration to be enabled by Practice Admin; patient email must be on file
- ✓ Questions — clarifying questions surfaced by AI; view and Remark only; not directly editable
- ✓ Transcript — full audio recording and text transcription with speaker identification; adjustable playback speed; Copy and Remark only
- ✓ Remark — available on all AI-generated tabs; Like/Dislike + optional comments; submitted per tab independently
