Live Consultation (Mobile App): Reviewing AI-Generated Content and Submitting Feedback

Live Consultation is available exclusively on the mobile app. Once a consultation is finished and the AI has processed the session, A360 generates a set of structured outputs across several tabs. This article covers what content is available, how to review and edit each section, and how to submit feedback using the Remark feature.


What Content Is Available After a Consultation?

Once you tap the flag icon to finish and save a consultation, AI-generated content becomes available across the following tabs:

  • Summary — a structured overview of the entire consultation
  • Clinical Notes — structured clinical documentation
  • Care Plan — personalized treatment recommendations
  • Email — a draft follow-up email for the patient
  • Questions — AI-generated clarifying questions to help gather additional information
  • Transcript — the live transcript of the session

How to Know When New Content Is Ready?

A360 uses a Content Ready Indicator — a small round badge that appears on each tab — to let you know new AI-generated content is available for review. The badge displays a count of items ready to view.

The Transcript tab is available during the live session itself and displays the consultation in real time as it is being recorded.


How to Review the Summary

  1. After finishing the consultation, tap the Summary tab.
  2. Review the AI-generated overview, which includes: visit overview, key concerns, findings, diagnosis, treatment plan, follow-up, and additional notes.
  3. Tap the Copy button to copy the content.
  4. Tap the Eye icon to explore current and future functionality. The app will notify you if certain features are not yet available.

How to Edit the Summary

  1. Tap the Edit button.
  2. The interface switches to editing mode, displaying section names and input fields.
  3. Make your changes. Empty fields from the original summary are also shown so you can add missing information.
  4. The Save and Cancel buttons activate once you make a change.
  5. Tap Save to confirm your changes, or Cancel to discard them.

How to Review Clinical Notes

  1. Tap the Clinical Notes tab.
  2. Review the AI-generated structured notes. Note types available include: SOAP Notes, Explant SOAP Notes, and Venous Clinical Notes. The format varies based on the treatment goals and patient concerns discussed during the session.
  3. Tap the Copy button to copy the content.
  4. Tap the Eye icon to explore current and future functionality.

How to Edit Clinical Notes

  1. Tap the Edit button.
  2. The interface switches to editing mode, displaying section names and input fields.
  3. You can modify most content, including section text and input fields. Some structural elements are read-only to maintain data integrity.
  4. Empty fields from the original notes are also shown so you can add information.
  5. The Save and Cancel buttons activate once you make a change.
  6. Tap Save to confirm, or Cancel to discard.

Note: If you navigate away from the consultation with unsaved changes, you will receive a warning when switching tabs, refreshing the page, or closing the browser tab or window.


How to Review the Care Plan

  1. Tap the Care Plan tab.
  2. Review the AI-generated personalized treatment recommendations based on the session.
  3. Use the care plan to guide patient follow-ups and treatment scheduling.
  4. Tap the Copy button to copy the content.
  5. Tap the Eye icon to explore current and future functionality.

How to Review the Follow-Up Email

  1. Tap the Email tab.
  2. Review the AI-generated follow-up email. The system determines the email type automatically based on the consultation outcome:
    • Treatment Follow-Up — generated when a treatment was agreed upon.
    • Treatment Encouragement — generated when a treatment was discussed but not yet confirmed.
  3. If your practice has a booking link configured, it will be included automatically.
  4. Tap the Copy button to copy the email content.

How to Review the Questions Tab

  1. Tap the Questions tab.
  2. Review the AI-generated list of targeted questions designed to help you gather additional important information from the patient.
  3. Each question includes:
    • Intent — the AI's understanding of the question's clinical purpose.
    • Rationale — an explanation of why the question is relevant and how it supports treatment assessment.
  4. Tap the Copy button to copy the content.
  5. Tap the Eye icon to explore current and future functionality.

How to Review the Transcript

  1. Tap the Transcript tab.
  2. The transcript displays the full text of the consultation. Speakers are automatically identified and labeled (e.g., Speaker 0, Speaker 1).
  3. Watch for words appearing in real time during an active session — this confirms transcription is actively capturing speech.
  4. Tap the Copy button to copy the transcript content.

Note: The Transcript requires an active internet connection. All transcript data is uploaded and securely saved to the server in real time.


How to Submit Feedback (Remark)

A360 continuously improves its AI outputs and welcomes your feedback. The Remark feature is available on the following tabs: Summary, Clinical Notes, Care Plan, Email, and Questions.

How to access Remark in Live Consultation:

  1. Tap the Eye icon on the tab you want to provide feedback on.
  2. Tap the Remark icon.

How to submit feedback:

  1. Use the Like or Dislike buttons at the bottom of the screen to provide input on the AI-generated content.
  2. If you select Like or Dislike, you will be prompted to share more detailed feedback based on suggested metrics.
  3. Optionally, add your own insights and suggestions as an additional comment.
  4. Tap Submit to send your feedback.

Remarks can be submitted separately per tab and are independent of one another.
