Aesthetix CRM Integration
What Is Aesthetix CRM?
Aesthetix CRM is a separate patient management platform used by some aesthetic practices to store and organize patient records. When connected to A360, the two systems work together — you can search your Aesthetix CRM patient database directly from A360 without needing to switch between platforms or enter the same patient data twice.
The integration is optional. Practices that do not use Aesthetix CRM are not affected, and A360 works the same way it always has without it.
How to Set Up the Aesthetix CRM Integration (Practice Admins Only)
Enabling the Aesthetix CRM integration is done from the Administration section and takes just a few steps. Once active, the integration applies to your entire practice.
To enable the integration:
- Go to Administration and open the Integrations page.
- Find the Aesthetix CRM card.
- Toggle the switch to the on position (right).
- Follow any prompts to confirm the connection.
- Once connected, the integration status will appear in your Practice Profile.
To disable the integration:
- Go to Administration → Integrations.
- Find the Aesthetix CRM card and toggle the switch to the off position (left).
- Confirm the disconnection when prompted.
What to know before you enable it:
- The integration is not required — enable it only if your practice actively uses Aesthetix CRM.
- Once enabled, the patient search in A360 will pull results from your Aesthetix CRM database rather than your local A360 list. Your existing A360 patients are not deleted — they remain in the system.
- If you see an empty patient list after enabling the integration, this is expected. Use the search bar to find patients from Aesthetix CRM.
How to Search for Patients Using the Aesthetix CRM Integration
When your practice has the Aesthetix CRM integration enabled, the patient search in A360 works differently than a standard search. Instead of searching only within A360, the system searches directly in your Aesthetix CRM database.
Before you begin: This feature is only available if your Practice Admin has enabled the Aesthetix CRM integration under Administration.
How to search:
- Go to the Patients list.
- Type the patient's name into the search bar.
- A360 searches your Aesthetix CRM database — not just your local A360 patient list.
- Results from Aesthetix CRM will appear. Select the patient you're looking for.
- A360 will pull that patient's record into your patient list automatically.
Important notes:
- When the integration is active, search and filters cannot be used at the same time. Use search to find CRM patients, or use filters to browse your existing A360 list — not both simultaneously.
- If your patient list appears empty, this is expected behavior when the integration is first enabled. Use search to locate patients from Aesthetix CRM.
- The search field label indicates that results are coming from Aesthetix CRM, not your local A360 records.
How to Add a New Patient When Aesthetix CRM Is Connected
You can still add new patients manually in A360 when the Aesthetix CRM integration is active. However, manually added patients are not automatically synced to Aesthetix CRM.
To add a new patient:
- Go to the Patients list and tap or click Add Patient.
- Fill in the patient's details and save.
The patient is created in A360 but will not appear in Aesthetix CRM automatically.
To sync the patient to Aesthetix CRM later:
- First, confirm that the patient exists in Aesthetix CRM.
- Go back to the Patients list in A360 and search for that patient by name.
- Select the patient from the search results.
- A360 will match the record by name and date of birth and link it to the existing Aesthetix CRM entry.
Tip: If the patient already exists in Aesthetix CRM, the recommended approach is to find them through search rather than creating a new record. This avoids duplicate entries across both systems.
How Patient Records Sync When You Select a Patient from Aesthetix CRM
Each time you select a patient from Aesthetix CRM search results, A360 attempts to update that patient's record with the most current data from CRM. Here's how the sync logic works:

This logic ensures that selecting a patient keeps your A360 records current without accidentally erasing data that exists in A360 but not in CRM.
