Web App vs. Mobile App: What's the Difference?
Aesthetics360 is available on both the mobile app (iPhone and iPad) and the web app (browser). Most features work on both platforms, but a few things are available on one platform only — and some tasks are simply easier in one place than the other.

Live Consultation
Live consultations can only be started and conducted from the mobile app. This is the core AI-powered recording experience.
Scan Document When Adding a Patient
When adding a new patient on mobile, you can scan a document or take a photo to automatically pull in the patient's information — no manual entry needed.
Update Patient Profile Photo
Adding or removing a patient's photo is currently only available on the mobile app.
Contact Support Before Logging In
On the mobile login screen, you can reach A360 support before signing in by tapping the ? icon. You can submit a request for:
- Trouble logging in
- I don't have an account
- Other
On the web app, you need to be logged in first to contact support.
Face ID / Touch ID
Biometric login is available on mobile only, as it relies on your device's built-in authentication.
Available on Web Only
Administration Module
Practice Admins can access the Administration module exclusively through the web app. This includes managing users, practice profile, contacts, offerings, and documents.
Edit Your Profile Information
You can view and edit your personal profile details (name, position, title, phone number) from the web app only.
Request Email Update
To update the email address on your account, you use the Request Email Update option found in the web app profile menu.
Better on Web
Working with Consultation Records
While consultation records can be viewed on both platforms, reviewing, editing, and downloading them is generally more convenient on the web app due to the larger screen. In particular:
- Editing the Treatment and Care Plan
- Saving the Treatment and Care Plan as a PDF
- Editing the Follow-Up Email
- Sending the Follow-Up Email (if integration is enabled)
Available on Both Mobile and Web
- Viewing and searching the patient list
- Viewing and editing patient profiles
- Activating and deactivating patients
- Viewing patient history and consultation records
- Editing clinical notes, consultation summary, care plan, and follow-up email
- Viewing and editing patient summary
- Filtering and sorting patients and consultations
- Archiving and unarchiving consultations
- Switching between user accounts
- Logging out
