How to Log Out from the Web Platform

Option 1. Logout from Any Screen

  1. Click your profile icon in the bottom-left corner of the screen
  2. Select "Logout" from the menu.

  1. A confirmation pop-up will appear asking: "Are you sure you want to log out?"
  2. Click Log Out to confirm and sign out of your account.
  3. Click Back to cancel and return to the app without logging out.

  1. You'll land on Recently Logged In or Sign In screen.

Option 2. Logout from your Profile

  1. On the bottom left of the sidebar, click the "..." menu next to your name.
  2. Select My Account from the menu that appears.

  1. Navigate to your Profile page.
  2. Click the menu icon (...) located at the top right corner.
  3. Select Logout from the dropdown menu.

  1. A confirmation dialog will appear with the message: "Are you sure you want to log out?"
  2. Click Log Out to confirm and sign out of your account.
  3. Click Back to cancel and return to the application without logging out.

  1. You will be redirected to the Recently Logged In or Sign In screen.

How to Log Out from the Mobile App

  1. Open the Aesthetics360 mobile app
  2. Tap the settings/gear icon in the top-left corner
  3. Click "Log Out"
  4. You'll be returned to the Sign In screen


Guidelines for Manual Logout

  • End of Workday: Ensure you log out securely upon concluding your workday.
  • Shared Workstations: Log out immediately after completing your session to maintain security.
  • Before Stepping Away: Log out if you anticipate being away from your workstation for an extended duration.
  • On Public or Unsecured Devices: Always log out to safeguard patient information and maintain data confidentiality.

How Automatic Logout Works on the Web Platform

  1. The system monitors for user activity (mouse movement, clicks, keyboard input)
  2. After a period of inactivity, you'll receive a warning
  3. An inactivity warning appears before automatic logout
  4. You have a short window to indicate you're still using the system by clicking:
    1. Stay Logged In
    2. Logout Now
  5. If no activity is detected after the warning, you're automatically logged out.
  6. You'll need to log in again to continue working on the web platform.



How Auto Logout Works on the Mobile App

  1. The mobile app monitors for user interactions (taps, swipes, navigation)
  2. After a period of inactivity, you'll receive a warning
  3. An inactivity warning appears before automatic logout
  4. You'll see an inactivity warning before being logged out
  5. Tap anywhere or interact with the app to stay logged in
  6. The app logs you out automatically after the warning expires (2 mins)
  7. You'll return to the Sign In screen
  8. You'll need to log in again to continue working on the mobile app.
